Happy Monday All - just a quick one to start the week. I have never been a manifest-er (or so I thought) I have always stood on the fact that your manifestations should be enacting the actions needed in order to bring about your desired outcome. That is absolutely true; there is no amount of mental work and spiritual channeling that can make up for zero action in the real world - at some point you actually have to do the thing.
What I did not account for however is that the mental work, the spiritual channeling, is often a necessary precursor to having the motivation and confidence to commence the said action. As someone to whom optimism and confidence has almost always come naturally and without conscious effort, this was something I had not appreciated until I recently strayed from it.
A few weeks ago I realised I had lost a certain amount of optimism and faith in God - and as God’s creation thus myself. And that this had manifested in hesitance in how I was moving to where I was headed. I was still on my way to the destinations, but I realised I could be moving there faster, greater and with a whole lot more energy: if I just realigned with the confidence, trust and faith I always had.
Whether ‘God’ is something you can relate to or not, if you reflect on the times in your life where you felt like you were running downhill (i.e. winning and doing so in a flow state) you will acknowledge that these were times where doubt and consequently fear was not part of the equation. You consciously or subconsciously had trust in where you were going and how you were getting there. Because of that, you were able to get there. Your perception manifested the action that created the reality, even if you did not consciously curate that process.
If you are someone to whom optimism and confidence comes naturally, then you will engage in manifestation constantly without realising it. If you are someone who is doubtful in nature, then not consciously engaging in (and even dismissing) the process of manifestation is likely what is holding you back from taking that initial action to get what you want. If you are the latter, maybe you still get to where you want to, but I guarantee you are taking longer to get there and feel no where near as great in doing so as you otherwise could if you had just taken the time to trust you were going to get there in the first place.
Doubt of course serves a function in helping us become self-aware and protecting us. However in a world of unprecedented negativity but safety nets, doubt is much more dangerous than being ‘overconfident’.
So TDLR: trust in existence and therefore yourself that you are going to get to where you want to be before you do, and you will have an infinitely greater time in getting there.
Manifestation process:
Mediate and intensely visualise what you are going to do. Be ultra specific and detailed; the sights, sounds, smells and especially the feelings involved - experience them all internally first (powerful environments and music can augment these visualisations greatly).
Write out exactly what you are going to do.
Then tell the people closest to you exactly what you are going to do.
Finally introduce physical anchors to reinforce the inevitability of it. Buy the bottle of champagne you are going to crack open to celebrate getting the job done. Buy the watch you are going to treat yourself to when you win. Let them sit on the shelf in plain sight. See them; do not touch them. Just know they are there waiting for you once you have won.
Manifest and the action becomes easier, feels greater, and brings about the reality faster, and as monumentally as you imagined.
Get to work - just make sure you believe in it (and more importantly yourself).
Have a blessed week.
