Physical: Get in the Sauna
At least 60 minutes of sauna per week (broken up how you wish, but in a minimum of 15 minutes at a time) to get you through the final weeks of Winter, virus-free.
Mental: Expand Your Vocabulary
For better or worse, we larger contextualise the world around us through language. Expand your vocabulary to expand your understanding of the world, life and yourself.
Spiritual: Have a Hum
Breathe in through your nose for 6 seconds. Breathe out through your nose for 6 seconds, and hum as you do so. Feel the tension leave your body, and your soul connect to all around you.
